This years BBC Children-in Need event in Birmingham takes place on Friday 16th November 2007 with events taking place outside the the BBC public space at the Mailbox where there will be Face Painting, Pudsey Bank for those wanting to give money and cheques on the night. Bishop Vesey's Grammar School raised �367 with the V-Factor music competition.
In 2006 BBC Midlands Today presenters with Shefali Oza and Ashley Blake were broadcasting from the rear of the mailbox.
